Santa Claus is not the only one delivering gifts this Christmas.

Eighteen-year-old Madelyn Hubbs and her family dropped off more than 300 gifts at Shriner's Hospital for Children today.

I've been following Madelyn's story for a decade. She was born 10 weeks early without her left arm and Shriners was there for her with prosthetics, surgeries and comfort.

So every year, for the past 10 years she makes sure all the kids at Shriners get a Christmas gift.

"It really makes me so happy to be giving these toys back, "Madelyn told us. "The real reason of Christmas is to give back to others and the best way to do that is to give back to one of my favorite places Shriner's Hospital."

Madelyn will continue to give back.  She's at Maryville University with plans to become an occupational therapist to help people heal just like she was helped.
