ST. LOUIS – An investigation is underway after a man was found shot to death on the edge of St. Louis’ Kingsway East neighborhood Sunday morning.
Police responded to the 2600 block of Marcus Avenue around 7:40 a.m. where the man was found on the ground.
He was identified Wednesday as Terrance D. Smith. He was 28 years old.
The police department's homicide unit is investigating.
