A Place to Call Home: Hannah loves life and sparkles everywhere she goes

She's a typical teen who loves horseback riding.

ST. LOUIS — Seven homes... numerous schools... no family. After five years in foster care, 15-year-old Hannah deserves a place to call home.

She's a typical teen who loves horseback riding. Her horse ‘Hero’ is her hero. She hopes to continue riding once she moves in with her new family. Even though her road has been long, she doesn't let it define her. She loves life and sparkles everywhere she goes. Hannah doesn't know a stranger!

Hannah also has a little wish. She would like to spend the morning at Mau House Cat cafe and then lunch with a friend. If you would like to learn more about becoming part of Hannah's life or granting her little wish, please call the Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition at 1-800-FOSTER3.

A big thank you to Equine-Assisted Therapy. They are incredible with the children and adults they serve. If you would like to learn more about their programs, please visit eatherapy.org.
