ST. LOUIS — Julee is almost eight. She's a whole lot of sweet with a little sassy mixed in! This bright, fun-loving girl loves all things girly, but she also likes to be outside exploring.
Her giggles and smiles just bring a room to life! Julee has been in foster care long enough and is ready to take the step into a forever family.
