ST. LOUIS – A portion of Interstate 70 was closed early Saturday morning after a pedestrian was struck and killed.
Emergency crews responded to I-70 eastbound near Grand around 4:25 a.m. where a person was found dead after being struck by a vehicle. The interstate was closed for about an hour.
No other details have been made available.
