ST. LOUIS — A downtown St. Louis business is closing its doors, and the owner is blaming it partly on the convention center.
Porano Pasta will close July 31. It's one of Gerard Craft's creations, and he says he'll now focus on the other five restaurants he owns.
He says the Washington location lost a lot of business from the convention center this year and he hopes downtown can find a way to bring it back.
