Thursday will be another full day of mourning and remembrance for President George H.W. Bush.

Thursday began with mourners paying their respects to President Bush at St. Martin's Episcopal Church. The public repose ended at 6 a.m.

Below is a list of scheduled events taking place today:

7:50 a.m.: First Bus departs Second Baptist Church.

[Invited guests will park at Second Baptist Church, and will be bused to St. Martin’s

Episcopal Church.]

8:00 a.m.: Doors open for guest arrivals at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church.

9:30 a.m.: All guests are seated at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church.

9:40 a.m.: The Bush Family arrives at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, and proceeds to The Activity Center Lobby for a brief hold.

• President and Mrs. George W. Bush escorted by Major General Howard.

• The family escorted by Captain Tony Stickeler (Aide de Camp) and Mike Wagner.

The family will be greeted by:

Joe Bonsall and Mary Bonsall

Duane Allen and Norah Lee Allen

9:45 a.m.: The Bush Family will participate in a family prayer with The Reverend Dr. Russell Levenson, Jr. and The Reverend Peter G. Cheney.

9:50 a.m.: Honorary pallbearers (grandsons) depart Activity Center and proceed to

Narthex, escorted by Laura Pears.

Mr. John Ellis Bush, Jr. – Jeb’s son

Mr. Pierce Mallon Bush – Neil’s son

Mr. Charles Walker Bush – Marvin’s son

9:55 a.m.: Family seated in Rows 2 and 4 are escorted to their seats.

9:58 a.m.: President George W. Bush, his siblings, and their spouses are escorted by

Major General Howard to seats.

10:00 a.m.: The Bush family begins participation in funeral service.

11:15 a.m.: The Bush family concludes participation in funeral service and is escorted

to the Narthex by General Howard.

11:18 a.m.: The Bush family holds in the Narthex while the casket is carried from the

church, honors are rendered, and the casket is carried to the hearse.

11:22 a.m.: The Bush family proceeds through the West Door of the Narthex to the

West Porte Cochere, and boards Vehicles.

11:30 a.m.: The Bush family departs St. Martin’s Episcopal Church en route Union

Pacific Auto Facility. (Drive Time: 1 hour)

NOTE: The motorcade route through Memorial Park will be lined with the public.

12:30 p.m.: The Bush family arrives Union Pacific Auto Facility.

• President and Mrs. George W. Bush escorted by Major General Howard.

• The family escorted by Captain Tony Stickeler (Aide de Camp) and Mike

Wagner.

12:35 p.m.: The Bush family begins participation in Funeral Train Departure Ceremony.

NOTE:

• The family is escorted from the motorcade to a position near the

hearse by Major General Howard.

• Honors are rendered (Four “Ruffles and Flourishes” and “Hail to the

Chief”).

• The casket is carried through the military cordon onto the train.

• The remains are attended by a military vigil throughout the train movement.

12:55 p.m.: The Bush Family concludes participation in the ceremony and proceeds to the train.

• President and Mrs. George W. Bush are escorted by Major General Howard.

• The family is escorted by Captain Tony Stickeler (Aide de Camp) and Mike Wagner.

1:00 p.m.: The Bush Family departs Union Pacific Auto Facility en route Texas A&M University.

(Train Time: 2 Hours, 25 Minutes)

3:25 p.m.: The Bush family arrives Texas A&M University Lot 61

3:45 p.m.: The Bush family begins participation in arrival ceremony.

3:55 p.m.: The Bush family concludes participation in arrival ceremony and proceeds

to vehicles.

4:00 p.m.: The Bush family motorcade departs Texas A&M University Lot 61 en route

George Bush Presidential Library Center.

The Texas A&M Corps of Cadets (1,650 people) line the motorcade route on Barbara Bush Drive approaching the George Bush Library Center.

4:15 p.m.: The Bush family arrives George Bush Presidential Library Center.

• President and Mrs. George W. Bush escorted by Major General Howard.

• The family escorted by Captain Tony Stickeler (Aide de Camp) and Mike Wagner.

4:20 p.m.: The Bush family proceeds to gravesite. A private service will be conducted by The Rev. Dr. Levenson, Jr. and The Rev. Peter G. Cheney.

5:00 p.m.: The Bush Family concludes participation in the committal service and proceeds to Annenberg Presidential Conference Center.
