A Rolla woman is in custody after being charged with rape against a juvenile male.
The Phelps County Sheriff’s Department received a complaint alleging that the male had been sexually abused for a period of 5 months.
After an investigation was conducted, the suspect was identified as 43-year-old Nicole G. Bowen.
Bowen has been charged with three counts of Statutory Rape First Degree, Statutory Sodomy First Degree, and Statutory Rape Second Degree, and is being held at a $500,000 bond.
