Veterans Day deals for veterans in the St. Louis area

Many restaurants will offer free or discounted meals to veterans.

ST. LOUIS — Veterans Day is Nov. 11 and many businesses in the St. Louis area will have specials for veterans.

FOOD

  • 54th Street, St. Louis: offering free entrée (up to $12) for veterans and active duty military members
  • Applebee’s: offering free entrée from a special Veteran’s Day menu for veterans and active duty military members
  • Bar Louie (all St. Louis area locations): free burger or flatbread (up to $15) to any veteran with an ID
  • HopCat (Delmar Loop): free meal and soft drink to veterans and active duty military members
  • Bob Evans: select items are free for veterans and active duty military members
  • California Pizza Kitchen: select entrees are free for all veterans and active duty military members
  • Chili’s: select entrées are free for veterans and active duty military members
  • Red Robin: free Tavern Double burger with bottomless steak fries to all veterans and active military members 
  • Chicken Salad Chick: free Chick special and a drink for veterans and active duty military members 
  • Red Lobster: veterans and active duty members can get select appetizers and desserts for free
  • Cracker Barrell: all veterans and active duty military can choose from a free pumpkin pie latte or double chocolate fudge Coca-Cola cake. 
  • Outback Steak House: Military veterans, active duty military members, police officers, firefighters and first responders receive a 20% discount on their meal from Nov. 8-11. 
  • Chipotle: Veterans, active duty, reserves and military spouses can receive a buy one, get one free entrée
  • Cici’s Pizza: Veterans with a valid military ID can present a coupon to receive a free unlimited buffet
  • Lion’s Choice: Active and retired military members can receive a free original roast beef sandwich on Veteran’s Day.
  • Katie’s Pizza | Rock Hill and Town and County

    Veterans receive 50% discount on Veterans Day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

  • Snarf's will be giving veterans and active military a free 7 inch non-specialty sandwich on Nov. 11. They have to show proof of their service. In-store orders only.

  • Texas Roadhouse offers a free lunch to veterans from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.


ACTIVITIES 

  • DEFY St. Louis: Veterans jump for free with a military ID. All other visitors get a buy one get one free pass on 60, 90 and 120 minute jumps by using a code. 
  • Six Flags St. Louis: During Veteran’s Day weekend, free admission is offered to all military members. Families of military members will receive a discount. The offer is good for Saturday and Sunday. Six Flags St. Louis will be closed on Monday.
  • Great Clips: Veterans and current military members can either get a free haircut or receive a voucher to use later. Other customers who get a haircut on Veterans Day will receive a free haircut card to give to a veteran they know
  • Missouri Botanical Garden: All veterans and active-duty military members and up to six members of their families get free admission into the Garden and the Shaw Nature Reserve. 
  • National Parks: All national park service sites offer free admission to all visitors on Veteran’s Day
  • Grace for Vets: Car wash companies around St. Louis are participating in Grace for Vets, a non-profit that provides free car washes to veterans on Veteran’s Day
  • Lumiere Place Casino and Hotel will offer a free buffet to qualifying veterans on Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
  • Hollywood Casino St. Louis is honoring veterans and active military guests with a free lunch or dinner buffet.
  • River City Casino and Hotel – Lemay | Veterans and active military guests will receive a free buffet lunch or dinner. Veteran and military team members will be honored on a photo wall and receive a free buffet for two, good for one year.
  • Ameristar St. Charles will offer a free buffet meal to veterans and active military.

SHOPPING

  • Target: Veterans, active duty members and their families receive a 10% discount from Nov. 3-11. 
  • Walgreens: Veterans, military members and their family receive a 20% discount from Nov. 8-11. 
  • Amazon: All veterans and active military members can receive a $40 discount on a one year Amazon Prime membership. 
  • Swarovski: Veterans receive 10% off their purchase from Nov. 8-11. 
  • L.L.Bean: military personnel receive 25% off their order through Veteran’s Day
