ST. CHARLES. Mo. – Comfortable and affordable…

The bridal party and the groomsmen in a St. Charles wedding party wore something different than the usual bridesmaid dresses and suits.

Rebecca and Stephen Rozycki tied the knot on Dec. 15 at Quail Ridge Lodge in Wentzville. Instead of having their wedding party wear dresses and suits, the couple had them wear pajamas.

The two have been together for over 6 years. One of the guests gave Rebecca the idea.

“Unlike many women, I never dreamt of what my wedding would be like. That all changed last October when we attended a wedding and one of the guests mentioned that she wished she were in her pajamas. I responded "I wish I were in my pajamas too. I bet everyone does. I'm going to have a pajama wedding!" Rebecca said.

She said their family and friends loved it and they wouldn’t change a thing about their big day.

“When Stephen and I got engaged in New York last December, I asked if we could have a pajama wedding. He said that if we could get people on board, we would make it happen. Having the wedding mid-December gave us the perfect opportunity for a festive and cozy pajama Christmas wedding. Our family and friends loved it and we wouldn't change a thing. Best. Day. Ever.”

Some of the guests even wore their pajamas, too.

‘Have you ever been to a wedding and wished that you were comfortable and in your pajamas? Well Becca and Stephen wanted the best of both worlds for their wedding! They had a pajama party and it was the MOST spectacular thing I have ever seen! Not to mention I got to wear PJS all day as well! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 It got everyone in the Christmas and dancing spirit!’ Their photographer, Jenee Mack Photography wrote on Facebook.
