Quirky St. Louis-based donut shop Strange Donuts is launching a new line of specialty donuts available only on April 20. The line includes unique flavors such as Chocolate Potato Chip, Pop Rocks, Super Blue Blood Moon, Grape Skunk and Cookie Butter.
