ST. LOUIS – Our St. Louis Blues are Stanley Cup champions! The celebrations have already started, but the official parade will be today in downtown St. Louis.
The Blues held a press conference at 11 a.m. on Friday with the latest details.
WHEN
The parade will kick off at noon at 18th and Market streets in downtown St. Louis on June 15.
Events will take place rain or shine!
WHERE
The parade will travel east and end at Broadway and Market Street.

Video screens – there will be at least six video screens throughout the city for fans to watch - a couple of video screens near the Arch and one at Kiener Plaza
ROAD CLOSURES
Multiple street closures will be in place and parking will be in high demand, officials said.

Broadway Street between Market Street and Walnut Street
Several ramps will be closed - The ramp from eastbound I-44/northbound I-55 to Walnut Street, and the ramp from the westbound Poplar Street Bridge to eastbound I-44 and Walnut Street will close at 11 a.m. Friday, June 14 to prepare for this weekend’s activities at the Gateway Arch National Park.
The ramps are expected to reopen by 8 p.m. Sunday, June 16.
CELEBRATION
After the parade, Blues players, alumni, team leadership and other guests will lead the celebration with a ceremony under the Gateway Arch
The events are free and open to the public. At the Gateway Arch, visitors can enter the park grounds through three security access points – two are in Luther Ely Smith Square, which are located on Fourth Street between Market and Chestnut street and one is in the north grounds of the Arch.
There will be concession stands at the Arch that will sell soda, water and beer – cash only. You can bring soft-sided coolers with sealed, non-alcoholic beverages into the park grounds. No glass is allowed.
Officials said fans should arrive early, be mindful of downtown road closures and take their time to find parking or use public transportation.
The Gateway Arch and Old Courthouse will be open for visitors during regularly scheduled hours during the parade and recognition ceremony.
All Tram Ride to the Top ticket holders are advised to arrive at the Arch grounds at least 60 minutes ahead of their scheduled tram time to go through two security checkpoints.

METROLINK
Ideal stops for MetroLink are the Busch Stadium, 8th and Pine and Laclede’s Landing stations. Rideshares should drop off at 14th and Olive streets or 20th and Market streets for access to the parade, or 8th and Clark streets for access to the civic celebration at the Arch.
MetroLink will operate extra trains, an official said. Trains will run at least every 12 minutes. They will also have extra security on hand.
Officials recommend downloading the MetroLink app.

St. Louis police have ‘maximized’ their staffing, a spokesperson said during a Friday press conference. They’re also working with their federal partners and the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
