FAIRFIELD, Wash. — A man fighting a rare genetic condition is on a mission to bring joy to those around him.
Christopher Weatherwax has Huntington's disease. It's a condition that breaks down nerve cells in your brain.
He is living in an assisted living center, and every day he shares his gift with other residents, NBC station KHQ said.
He is a piano prodigy and says he needs to play for others while he still can.
Weatherwax admits it's getting harder to play piano because of the effects of his disease.
His favorite time to play for residents is during their lunchtime.
