ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis man has been charged after a 17-year-old was shot and killed early Saturday morning.
Police said Ronnie Williams, 18, was playing with a gun while sitting in the backseat of a car in the 4700 block of Bristol Rock Road.
While playing with the gun, Williams shot 17-year-old Lorenzo Moore-Vaughn, who was sitting in the front seat. Police said Williams admitted to shooting the teen.
Moore-Vaughn was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
Officials charged Williams with involuntary manslaughter. He is being held on a $25,000 cash-only bond.
