Blues sign Sammy Blais to one year deal

Blais was shuffled back and forth from the AHL to the Blues last season, but he'll be back on a one-way contract for 2019-2020.

The Blues have locked up one of their restricted free agents on the official first day of the NHL offseason.

St. Louis has signed forward Sammy Blais to a one-year, one-way $850,000 deal for next season.

Blais was a restricted free agent heading into the offseason after the end of his entry level contract.

Blais had four points in 32 regular season games for the Blues last season, and had one goal and three assists in 15 playoff games.
