Cardinals player provides a fun environment for kids this summer

ST. LOUIS — Cardinals' infielder Matt Carpenter will host his sixth annual youth baseball camp in June.

Carpenter’s baseball camp will be held June 3 at Principia School in St. Louis.

He he will provide a fun and energetic atmosphere with games and contests while teaching kids the fundamentals of baseball. 

Every kid will receive a limited-edition camp t-shit, a souvenir autograph and a team photo with Carpenter.

Carpenter will also have several collegiate coaches from the area assisting with the camp.

This event is open to boys and girls from first to eighth grade at any skill level.

Big 550 KTRS is sponsoring the event along with Pizza Hut, Welch’s Fruit Snacks, Pepsi, Aquafina, Hampton Inn, the Hatton Foundation and Citi.
