The Kentucky Derby is this Saturday, and never mind all the work that goes into getting the thoroughbreds ready for the race.

Check out the monumental task the landscapers at Churchill Downs are up against.

They're frantically planting flowers and trimming shrubs to get the look just right for the big day.

And it all falls in the hands of less than 10 people.

The crew says they're stressed right now.

They've grown 25,000 plants in the green house and plan to place 20,000 of them.

Apparently, the crowd is well-behaved when they arrive, but after the race Saturday, so much of this crew's hard work is simply trampled as people leave.
