ST. LOUIS -- Morning lows will be near 30° with wind chills in the upper teens to lower 20s. Monday morning clouds will linger, but gradual clearing is expected during the day. Winds Sunday night were gusting to about 30 mph, and Monday will likely find more of the same. Highs Monday should reach the upper 40s, about 20 degrees below the average for this time of year!
Skies will be mostly clear Monday night and the winds will ease.
This will allow for patchy frost formation through early Tuesday morning. As winds shift to the east and southeast, highs should climb into the mid 60s. Wednesday's gusty southwest winds should push highs back to average, into the upper 60s.
More sunshine is in the forecast for Thursday and early Friday, but temps will be a little cooler. By the weekend, another storm system will bring more chances for showers late Saturday and Sunday.
