There's nothing scary about this year's Halloween forecast

We can get rain, wind, and even snow this time of year. This Halloween will be more tranquil.

ST. LOUIS — We can certainly have some wild weather this time of the year as the seasons shift from the warmth of the early fall to the colder, late fall. Based on past Halloween nights, chances for rain aren't incredibly favorable.

That should line up nicely with what we're expecting to start the day. Cloud cover and light rain may be with us to start the day but will clear out quickly by the evening.

By the evening, things will clear out nicely and start to cool down. Not only will the rain be moving out, but it should remain relatively calm.

Without much wind, you shouldn't need to layer those costumes too much for any wind chill or colder temperatures. A nice fall evening to finish off the month of October.
