Winter blast hits St. Louis for Veterans Day

Snow and frigid temperatures arrive Monday morning.

ST. LOUIS — Wintry weather and snow will arrive during the Monday morning commute.

It will be one of those weird days where the high temperatures is really in the morning and the low will be in the evening.

Veterans Day temperatures fall into the evening

Just saying the word "snow" can incite panic, but fear not. Road temperatures, especially after such a lovely weekend, will be too warm to see sticking snow. Cooler areas, like grass, will get a 0.5- to 1.5-inch blanket of fresh white powder.
