O'Fallon, Mo. -- A St. Charles County woman has been charged for assaulting another person and attacking their vehicle.
38-year-old Amanda Held attacked the victim's vehicle with a shovel and a hammer before slashing the victim with kitchen knives. The victim suffered serious injuries and is in stable condition at a local hospital. Held was treated for minor injuries.
She has been charged with first degree domestic assault and armed criminal action with a $25,000 bond.
