SHILOH, Ill. – Police have charged a man with sexually assaulting a handicapped teen in April of 2016.
The Shiloh Police Department received a report on April 10, 2016 that a handicapped 17-year-old boy was sexually assaulted by an acquaintance of his family who had been taking care of him.
On Wednesday, Breon Dillard, 23, of Cahokia was arrested after officials received results from the Illinois State Police Crime Lab.
On Friday, Dillard was charged with four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault and four counts criminal sexual assault. Both charges are felonies.
Dillard is being held on a $500,000 bond.
