Buckle up! Seat belt law enforcement underway in Missouri and Illinois
Starting Monday morning, law enforcement on both sides of the river will be making sure you and your passengers are buckled up on the roads. So far this year in Missouri, more than 60 percent of people who died on the roads weren't wearing a seat belt.
