KSDK -- With Thanksgiving just around the corner, USO of Missouri, Inc. is seeking community support in creating special Thanksgiving baskets for military families.
Anyone interested in donating or helping the USO reach its goal is encouraged to bring non-perishable food items in a disposable roasting pan, as well as a $10 donation, which will be used to purchase a gift certificate for a turkey.
The Thanksgiving baskets will be collected Wednesday (12 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and Thursday (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) at Lambert-St. Louis International Air Cargo Parking Lot, located at 9825 Air Cargo Road.
