During a thanksgiving service at St. Paul's Cathedral, the Archbishop of Canterbury praised the queen for bringing happiness to the nation. Rowan Williams told the royals and dignitaries filling the vast 17th-century church that the queen represents "six decades of living proof that public service is possible."
