BALLWIN, Mo. -- A Ballwin woman has died after she was struck by a car while walking her dog Friday afternoon.
Officials said she was struck on the corner of New Ballwin Road and West Glen Village Drive.
The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with police.
Officials also said the woman's dog ran away when the incident occurred. Ballwin police posted on their Facebook page that the dog has been found.
The crash is still under investigation.
