ST. LOUIS COUNTY – A Hazelwood man has been charged after accidentally fatally shooting his brother on Monday.
Daniel Runnoe, 24, admitted to police he was drinking alcohol and using a loaded firearm to practice tactical maneuvers with his brother, Allen Runnoe. At some point, the firearm discharged and killed Allen.
Runnoe has been charged with one count first degree involuntary manslaughter.
