Ukraft is now open in Clayton.

Ukraft, which serves healthy breakfast and lunch items, has opened at the Regions Centre in Clayton.

Brothers Mike and Matt Ratz first launched the concept as a food truck late last year.

If you've been wanting to try some of Clayton's top restaurants without paying full price, you'll get your chance starting Monday, when Clayton Restaurant Week kicks off.

The Regions Centre, 8182 Maryland Ave., is Ukraft's first brick-and-mortar, though a second location at City Foundry is set to open in 2020.

"This was an opportunity we couldn't pass up," Matt Ratz said. "It's a perfect bridge between the food truck and City Foundry."

Ukraft has seven employees between the food truck and its 950-square-foot space, where Ratz said they're hoping to use for training when their City Foundry location opens up.

The Ritz-Carlton St. Louis has unveiled a $3.1 million renovation of its Club Lounge and its Club Level accommodations, including a newly remastered suite.

The Clayton concept will include an order counter and a to-go component, the brothers told St. Louis Magazine earlier this year. Ukraft is serving breakfast and lunch and has expanded its menu with customizable bowls and avocado toast. The eatery also will serve items from the food truck.

Ukraft also is offering catering options from its Clayton location.

Newmark Grubb Zimmer's Ben Weis and Mike Carlson represented the landlord in the lease deal. Ukraft did not use a broker.
