ST. LOUIS —

The Smashing Pumpkins are bringing their North American tour to St. Louis this August.

The rock act that has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and won two Grammy awards will perform at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre on Aug. 21 with the band PVRIS.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 5. Click here for more information.

Late last year, fans of The Smashing Pumpkins may have thought they would not get a chance to see the band after an announcement of another tour date. The band will be touring with Green Day for parts of the summer, making stops at stadiums across the country as part of "The Saviors Tour", but they were left off the Aug. 15 date at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre when it was announced last November.

They will also be performing at the Illinois State Fair on Aug. 16. Tickets for that show also go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.
