Cafe St. Louis replaces Bixby's inside Missouri History Museum

A St. Louis themed restaurant is replacing Bixby's inside the Missouri History Museum. The grand opening is tomorrow.

The concept for the restaurant space at the Missouri History Museum has changed.

Most recently, it was Bixby's, a full service restaurant.

But visitors and members were polled, and turns out, they're interested in a fast casual concept.

That's exactly what you'll get at Cafe St. Louis along with a St. Louis-themed menu.

Cafe St. Louis will be serving all the good stuff like toasted ravioli with a side salad, Ted Drewes, gooey butter cake, Fitz' Rootbeer, Gus' Pretzels and more.
