Great Rivers Greenway: The Chouteau Greenway Project

Connecting St. Louis and Transforming the City

ST. LOUIS — Great Rivers Greenway is the regional public agency connecting St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County together with a network of greenways. These greenways are paved paths where you can walk, run, ride a bike, and just be outside.

The greenway is a great way to transform the city and will connect Forest Park to the Arch, and Fairground Park to Tower Grove Park.

They are really exited to hear from the people of St. Louis about their ideas for this project and invite the public to the 3 events they have coming up this month. These events are opportunities for people to come visit an area within the Chouteau Greenway footprint and to give input on the project before finalizing the plans.

For information about this project and the open event you can visit greatriversgreenway.org or call 314-436-7009.

The upcoming events are:

                July 13 9am-12pm – Boys & Girls Club – Herbert Hoover

July 18 3pm-8pm – Cortex Commons and Venture Café

July 21 1pm-4pm – Kaufmann Park in Downtown St. Louis
