Chocolate Almond Cherry Bark

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Prepare an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper
  2. Chop cherries and almonds to desired size
  3. Melt coconut butter in microwave for 30 seconds
  4. Pour coconut butter into parchment-lined pan
  5. Sprinkle nuts and cherries evenly over the coconut butter
  6. Freeze 30 minutes to 1 hour until solid
  7. Remove from freezer and turn over onto cutting board or sided pan, leaving parchment on top to cover
  8. Smack to desired size with the side or back of a meat mallet
  9. Store in an airtight container in fridge

Almond Tart Cherry Bark

INGREDIENTS
