Chocolate Almond Cherry Bark
INGREDIENTS
- 1 jar Dark Chocolate coconut butter
- 1/2 cup roasted, salted almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried tart cherries
PREPARATION
- Prepare an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper
- Chop cherries and almonds to desired size
- Melt coconut butter in microwave for 30 seconds
- Pour coconut butter into parchment-lined pan
- Sprinkle nuts and cherries evenly over the coconut butter
- Freeze 30 minutes to 1 hour until solid
- Remove from freezer and turn over onto cutting board or sided pan, leaving parchment on top to cover
- Smack to desired size with the side or back of a meat mallet
- Store in an airtight container in fridge

- 1 jar Almond Tart Cherry coconut butter
- 1/2 cup roasted, salted almonds, chopped
PREPARATION
- Prepare an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper
- Chop almonds to desired size
- Melt coconut butter in microwave for 30 seconds
- Pour coconut butter into parchment-lined pan
- Sprinkle nuts evenly over the coconut butter
