ST. LOUIS — ReFresh is a fashion-forward Boutique in Brentwood. On Saturday, March 23, 2019, they are hosting a “Say Yes to the Prom Dress” sale from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
The sale will have runway-worthy dresses at low prices: $35 for long prom dresses and $25 for short prom dresses. All proceeds from the event benefit children in foster care.
