Stress Reduction tips and tricks from life coach Angela Berra, CEO and founder of The Arcana Collaborative

On this Motivational Monday we learn stress management techniques

ST. LOUIS — This morning Show Me St. Louis welcomed life coach, Angela Berra, LMSW, MA to discuss the best coping skills and stress management techniques. Berra holds dual Master's degrees in Nonprofit Administration and Clinical Social Work, with a specialization in trauma-informed practice and mental health. Her passion for empowering organizations and individuals to achieve excellence has led her to become a wellness life coach and start her own business, The Arcana Collaboration.

"Stress is a part of life and learning the best ways to manage stress is a great skill for people to learn," Berra noted. She continued by saying "Not all stress is negative. There is a reason we feel this way." Stress is a subject everyone can relate to. If stress is affecting your mind, body, and spirit it could be time to take some steps to take better care. Whether it be going to the gym, embracing breath, or practicing mindfulness. According to Berra, "It is good practice to listen to the voice in your head so you can get those feelings out."

Berra is a believer in taking five minutes every morning so you can begin your day on the right path. Having mindfulness built into your daily routine can help people lead a healthier life. Self-care is not selfish; it is essential to prioritize your own well-being.

For more information on Berra's practice please visit: arcanacollaborative.com. Services are offered virtually and in-person.

Berra is offering 25 % off 6-months of life coaching practice until May 6th.
