CHESTERFIELD, Mo. — The Butterfly House, operated by Missouri Botanical Garden, has teamed up with Yoga Buzz for quite the experience. Yoga and butterflies make for a great pairing when connecting with yourself and the nature around you.
This is an hour-long, all-levels yoga class. That means if you’re a beginner, you are encouraged to join in. All students are given the opportunity to take a meditative stroll through the Conservatory before class starts, free of charge. To take part in the meditative stroll, doors open at 6 p.m.
Butterfly House Yoga takes place on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. It’s located at 15193 Olive Boulevard in Chesterfield, Mo. Tickets are $15 for Garden members and $18 for the general public. For more information, visit yogabuzz.org.
