The winter weather requires more than sweaters and coats. There are changes we all need to make to our beauty and skincare routines.

Beauty and wellness expert Bianca Jade has some tips. The first thing we need to change is dry, flaky skin. Using lotions and moisturizers like Cetaphil is important to stop dryness.

Another good idea is to use a night cream before going to bed. You’re exfoliating when you wash your face, and then the cream regenerates it while you sleep.

Don’t forget to take care of your hair as well because that is something that really dries out in the winter, too.
