ST. LOUIS — One person was killed and another was critically injured in the aftermath of a shooting in north St. Louis early Thursday morning.
Just before 12:30 a.m., two men arrived at two separate hospitals with gunshot wounds at the intersection of North 13th Street and Cass Avenue. According to police, both shooting victims derived from the same incident.
Four hours later, one of the two men was pronounced dead at the hospital. The other man was last reported as being in critical condition.
Police are investigating the events that led up to the shooting.
