ST. LOUIS – Police are investigating after a man was shot in St. Louis’ Mount Pleasant neighborhood Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 4400 block of Minnesota Avenue just after 2 p.m. where a man was found shot in the back and barely breathing.
