Police release new photos of 2 fugitives from Oklahoma who may be in the St. Louis area

ST. LOUIS – New photos of two fugitives from Oklahoma were released Monday morning.

Hakim Mustafa Moore, 27, and Robin Alexander, 29 have been wanted since June 10.

The US Marshals Service is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Moore and Alexander.

The Altus Police Department and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s US Marshals Task Force are asking for the public’s help in finding the two. A ‘failure to appear’ warrant was issued in Jackson County, Oklahoma relative to three counts of child abuse, one count of child neglect and one count of enabling child neglect. Altus police said they received information that Moore and Alexander fled to St. Louis.

The two have five children together who are in State of Oklahoma’s custody. Police said three of the children are in critical condition, one was found dead and the fifth child was born in a hotel room but has not been located.
