ST. LOUIS BUSINESS JOURNAL -- HopCat St. Louis will open its doors at 6317 Delmar Blvd. on July 28, following more than one year of renovation work.
“At HopCat, we are committed to providing a unique showcase of the best local beers every day,” Mark Gray, CEO of HopCat, said. “For our St. Louis opening, we wanted to seize the opportunity to use every tap as a chance to expose our guests to the innovative flavors made right here in Missouri alongside some of HopCat’s great homemade food.”
The grand opening event coincides with St. Louis Craft Beer Week and will showcase 80 Missouri-made craft beers and ciders.
The space features nearly 145 seats inside, plus an outdoor beer garden that seats 66 guests. More than $2 million is being invested into HopCat St. Louis by owner BarFly Ventures, officials said.
