AUGUSTA, Mo. — The Hoffmann family has listed several of its holdings in a St. Charles County town for sale.
Doing business through its Naples, Florida-based Hoffmann Family of Companies, the family since late last year has listed at least seven of its Augusta properties from its retail portfolio, including two properties marketed as short-term rental opportunities, two restaurants and the town’s only gas station.

The Hoffmann family in 2021 announced plans to invest around $100 million to transform Augusta into a national wine destination. Since then, the family upped its investment to $150 million, and while some projects have been completed or are moving along without a hitch, others have encountered snags.
