ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — P’sghetti's Pasta and Sandwiches closed its flagship location in south St. Louis County after a final dinner service on Sunday. It plans to reopen in a new space nearby at the end of the week.
“Please bear with us as we transition into the new location, and we look forward to serving you again in our new home,” its owners wrote in a Facebook post. The company didn’t announce an exact opening date for its new location.
The fast-casual Italian concept had operated at 5540 S. Lindbergh Blvd. for the past 37 years. Its new location, at 5447 S. Lindbergh Blvd., is less than a mile down the road from the old restaurant.
