Police safely locate 2-year-old boy out of Rolla

UPDATE | The missing 2-year-old was safely located early Friday morning.

ROLLA, Mo. — An Endangered Person Advisory was issued for a toddler out of Rolla early Friday morning.

Adrien Miller, 2, was last seen Thursday evening outside of a PriceChopper grocery store with 31-year-old Julia Rose. According to police, a parent lent their car to Rose to go to the store; Miller was inside the car at the time. Rose did not return to the home of the person who lent the car.

It is believed Rose could be under the influence of drugs.

Miller is 2-foot-3 and 30 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a bright orange and blue shirt, camouflage pants and no shoes.

Rose is 5-foot-5 and 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was driving a white 2008 Chevrolet Impala. It was not made clear which state the car was registered to, similar to the car below.

Rose was last seen driving southbound on Avon Court in Rolla around 5:30 p.m.
