Changes are coming to the Schnucks Food Hall in Kirkwood.

ST. LOUIS — Schnucks  is recalling three types of cream cheese spread with certain best-by dates due to possible Salmonella contamination.

The grocery chain said in a Sunday statement that the recall affects Schnucks-brand whip cream, cream cheese and strawberry spreads sold at the chain.

Customers should check for: 

  • Schnucks Whip Cream Spread, UPC 4131858005, Best by: 8/8/2024;
  • Schnucks Strawberry Spread , UPC 4131858007, Best by: 9/8/2024; and
  • Schnucks Cream Cheese Spread, UPC 4131858023, Best by: 10/8/2024

Schnucks is offering returns or exchanges for anyone who purchased the affected products.
