Man charged in Hillsdale double homicide

Police say a suspect entered the house, shot a man and woman inside and then ran away.

Marvin Butler-Dickerson, 26, of St. Louis, has been charged with two counts of Murder 1st, two counts of ACA, and one count of Burglary 1st regarding the double homicide in Hillsdale Saturday morning. He has no bond.

A man is in custody and facing charges after two people were found shot to death in north St. Louis County Saturday morning.

The St. Louis County Police Department said a suspect entered the house in the 2100 block of Cherry Avenue, shot a man and woman inside and ran away.

On Sunday, the victims were identified as 25-year-old Dontay Davis and 21-year-old Ahmira McDaniel. Police said both lived on the 2100 block of Cherry Avenue.

On Tuesday, 26-year-old Marvin Butler-Dickerson was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and one count of burglary. He was not given bond.
