ST. LOUIS — The Biz Dash 5K is an employee engagement activity, happy hour festival and 5K run/walk all in one. The event is not a typical 5K; it's on Thursday night in Downtown St. Louis and provides an opportunity for companies to bring their employees to build team camaraderie, celebrate health and wellness, network, and have fun.
The 2024 Biz Dash on Thursday, May 9 will be the third year the event is hosted at CITYPARK on Lou Fusz Plaza. The Spire Team Village is open from 5-9pm and the 5K starts at 7pm.
Any company of all sizes can participate in the Biz Dash. All levels of runners and walkers are invited to participate. More than 60% of the crowd walks the 5K and enjoys themselves. There's something for every level with the more competitive folks having the ability to win individually or win for their company team across various categories. We also have a t-shirt contest for folks that just want to show off their creativity.
