What to know about Arch Madness at Enterprise Center

The tournament determines which Missouri Valley Conference team will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Division I basketball tournament.

ST. LOUIS — The annual Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament, "Arch Madness," is back at Enterprise Center this weekend. 

The tournament, which has been held in St. Louis since 1991, determines which Missouri Valley Conference team will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Division I basketball tournament. 

It will be held from March 7-10 at the Enterprise Center in downtown St. Louis. 

Here's what you need to know: 

Who is playing? 

  • No. 1 Indiana State 
  • No. 2 Drake 
  • No. 3 Bradley 
  • No. 4 University of Northern Iowa
  • No 5 Belmont 
  • No. 6 Southern Illinois 
  • No. 7 Illinois State 
  • No. 8 Murray State 
  • No. 9 Missouri State 
  • No. 10 Evansville 
  • No. 11 University of Illinois Chicago 
  • No. 12 Valparaiso

What is the schedule? 

Thursday, March 7

  • Noon -- Game 1 (No. 8 Murray State vs. No. 9 Missouri State)
  • 2:30 p.m.* -- Game 2 (No. 5 Belmont vs. No. 12 Valparaiso)
  • 6 p.m. -- Game 3 (No. 7 Illinois State vs. No. 10 Evansville)
  • 8:30 p.m.* -- Game 4 (No. 6 Southern Illinois vs. No. 11 UIC)

Friday, March 8

  • Noon -- Game 5 (No. 1 Indiana State vs. Game 1 winner)
  • 2:30 p.m.* -- GAME 6 (No. 4 UNI vs. Game 2 winner)
  • 6 p.m. -- Game 7 (No. 2 Drake vs. Game 3 winner)
  • 8:30 p.m.* -- Game 8 (No. 3 Bradley vs. Game 4 winner)

Saturday, March 9

Are tickets still available? 

Tickets are still available for Arch Madness, including the championship game.

If you want to sit by your school, you can purchase tickets through your school's box office for a guaranteed spot. 

Fans can also buy tickets at Enterprise Center Box Office or Ticketmaster.

What is the bag policy for Enterprise Center? 

According to the stadium's website: 

  • Backpacks, coolers, hard-sided bags, luggage, and any bag over 16”x 16” are strictly prohibited.
  • All bags entering Enterprise Center, including purses and medical/childcare bags, must go through x-ray screening in order to be allowed in.
  • Bringing a bag could add 30 minutes or more to your entry process.
  • Clutches no larger than 4” x 6” x 1.5” are permitted after visual inspection and will not be subject to x-ray screening.

Where can I park? 

There are several parking garages and lots near Enterprise Center for fans to park at during the Tournament.

The Kiel Center Parking Garage is adjacent to the stadium and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Other parking garages are located around the area including the Justice Center, Cupples and Stadium West garages.

If you are using a rideshare, fans should be dropped off and picked up on Market Street or Clark Avenue.

Two-hour metered parking is also available around the stadium.
