SAN FRANCISCO, Cali. — As if California didn't already have enough star-power.
Thursday night, Hugh Jackman was in attendance at the Cardinals-Giants game, seated near the Cardinals dugout. Around the fifth inning, Jackman posted a photo with pitcher Carlos Martinez, posing as Wolverine, a character often portrayed by Jackman in the "X-Men" movie series.
"Top of the 5th. @Tsunamy27 doing his best #Wolverine," posted Jackman.
Still, Jackman's run-in with Martinez didn't sway him in the direction of the Redbirds.
"I won’t leave my heart @Yankees ... it was just a one nighter," he said.
