ST. LOUIS — Easter is this Sunday, and the Show Me team is helping you join in on the Easter fun. Wednesday morning, Eckert's Vice President Jill Tantillo joined us in our Show Me Kitchen with a special furry friend.
Tantillo previewed a few of their many Easter events happening at Eckert's. For example, there is the annual Easter Egg-Citement which is the largest Easter Egg hunt in the region. Not only can you hunt for eggs, but there are photo opportunities with the Easter bunny, cookie decorating, and more.
And speaking of cookie decorating, the Marys faced off in a cookie decorating competition to see which one could decorate their cookie the fastest. The reigning champ, Mary Caltrider, took the win again.
But that's not the only fun in store. You have the start the day off with a great breakfast. Eckert's is hosting their Flippity Flop Breakfast in their Country Restaurant which includes a kid’s breakfast of sprinkle pancakes, bunny fruit kabob, bacon, and a delicious Sherbet Sunrise Drink for $7.
But there's something for the adults as well. For guests that are 21 and older, there will be an Adult Easter Egg Hunt from Thursday to Sunday, March 30 from 6-10 p.m. It is $25 per person and includes plenty of Easter eggs scattered throughout the farm filled with prizes. After the hunt, all participants are welcome to enjoy live music and specialty Easter cocktails in the Cider Shed.
