TOWN AND COUNTRY, Mo. — Two new dining concepts have signed leases to open at a Town & Country retail plaza.

Wild Crush, a wine and whiskey concept by professional golfer Jay Delsing and Karen Paslawski, and Cleaver & Cocktail, led by Marc Del Pietro and Brian Doherty, will open at Blacksmith Grove off of Clayton and Mason roads in Town & Country later this year.

Wild Crush will "bring the winery concept to the city," said Delsing, adding that the wine bar will offer self-serve wine machines where customers will be able to choose among a sample, half-glass or full glass from the table. Pre-packaged food that often comes with charcuterie boards also will be available.

Wild Crush plans to occupy 1,800 square feet and Cleaver & Cocktail will have nearly 5,000 square feet.

Del Pietro and Doherty, partners behind The Block in Webster Groves and 58Hundred, did not respond to a request for comment for more details about Cleaver & Cocktail.
